The Seattle Design Center is famous for its stunning atrium, but the better kept secret is our other beautiful spaces that allow the SDC to host events of almost any size and type. Meetings, weddings, graduations, private events, fundraisers, galas, or company functions all shine in the SDC, which can accommodate events for 20 to 1,500 people. Now managed by Blue Ribbon, when you come to the SDC, your event comes to life!
Space for Anything
With over 8,500 square feet of available space, and high ceilings full of natural light and beautiful skylights, this unique space is a great fit for any event. With capacities of up to 899 people standing and 550 seated, this striking and stunning space can host all your event needs. Whether you are looking for a smaller, more intimate get-together or a larger event with your whole network surrounding you, the Seattle Design Center has options to suit your needs.
Surrounded by Beautiful Design
The Atrium, surrounded by designer showrooms, boasts a sweeping staircase for a grand entrance to your wedding or party or a backdrop for a stage to captivate your guests. During the day, natural light pours in through the clerestory windows, and at night when expertly lit, the space comes to life to create a night your guests will never forget. Mix and mingle on the Balcony overlooking the main Atrium floor; another option for space and a great angle for watching everything unfold on the floor below.
